1. Where are you located and what are your hours?

The Village Hall is located at 118 W. Cook Avenue and is open from 8:00 am - 5:00 p, Monday-Friday.

Our Police Department, Community Development Department and Public Works Administration are located at 200 E. Cook Avenue. Both buildings are located in the heart of downtown near Milwaukee Avenue.

2. How do I get a birth/death certificate?

They are both available at Village Hall. Or your can download an application online. Birth & Death Certificates

3. Where do I park to use the train?

We have 3 train stations. One Downtown, and 2 near Harris Road. All lots have commuter parking with either daily fees or by parking permit. Commuter Parking
