Anything Goes!- The early AM class will start in the Group Ex. room: work on core, then move on to cardio, strength, plyometrics, etc. using various equipment/locales: Group Ex.-room, Fitness Center, free weight room, running track, cycle room The PM class will meet in the Group Ex. room and vary the workout depending on class size and availability of the gym and fitness equipment. Be prepared for ANYTHING!
Basic Training- A fun, challenging way to get your cardio and muscle workouts all in one! Intervals of strength (squats, lunges, push-ups, etc.), and aerobics (running, cycling, sports drills, jumping rope, plyometrics) are all part of this “no frills” boot camp designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, enhance your athletic performance and accelerate weight loss. Intended for all fitness levels—work at your own pace.
Cardio & Core – Jump start your day with this high energy class! Anything goes with cardio intervals followed by core building strength exercises. Skip the coffee and join the fun!
Dance Jam- Hi/low impact aerobics with a dance twist and simple choreography. Athletic movement combined with a little stylized flair makes this a fun and great workout for everyone! Let go of self-judgment and expectations, just DANCE!
Indoor Cycle–Group cycling is an awesome way to burn fat, increase strength, and improve cardio fitness. Water bottles are mandatory. Limited # of bikes available--sign up at the Fitness Desk to reserve your bike. (PLEASE DO NOT SIGN IN FOR OTHER PEOPLE!) If you are new to Cycle, please allow 10 minutes before class to set up your bike.
H.I.I.T.– (High Intensity Interval Training) It’s about SPEED: speed during exercises and speed during the entire workout—it’s intense! (In fact, that’s why a full hour is not necessary to get results.) This class is very beneficial for individuals trying to lose weight, as well as those looking to increase their fitness level. No matter where you’re at, come join us—there are modifications for everyone.
jazzercise®- the original dance-exercise phenomenon! Each 60-minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk and classics. The instructors make the moves easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm-up, 30 minute aerobic workout, muscle tonight and strengthening segment with weights and a stretch finale. (Classes are free for our members but you will be asked to sign in with the Jazzercise instructor prior to class.)
Step Interval– A fun step class (without overly complex choreography) mixed with strength & cardio drills for a total body workout.
Strength & Flexibility– One of our most popular classes, improve muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. Using a variety of equipment (Balls, bars, weights, bands, tubes) you’ll challenge all major muscle groups while focusing on safe form and proper alignment.
Yoga– Integrates breath and movement, awareness and alignment, strength and
flexibility. Challenge your body, free your mind and muscles of tension.
