Libertyville residents can register right away (as soon as you receive this Brochure). "Instant Registration for Residents" gives Libertyville residents more time to register and the opportunity to sign up right away for the programs you want. There will still be a delayed first date to register for Non-residents, giving Libertyville residents time to review and select their programs of choice and register right away.
