Child care providers, teachers and parents alike should partner together to teach children of all ages, and especially youngsters about fire safety. Ready.gov provides kids with short lessons about fire escape planning, smoke alarms, and other general home fire safety information. The lessons are also followed by questions used to test children's knowledge of the subject after they have worked through the lesson(s). In addition, you will find fun games that will help reinforce the information learned in the lessons. It is recommended for an adult to guide children through the lessons.
