Understanding the financial and economic stress placed on residents and businesses from COVID-19, the Village will be waiving water utility bill late fees through July 1, 2020. Accounts past due will still receive reminder statements, but no penalties will be added. The Village encourages any resident or business that requires a payment plan to contact the Water Billing Division at email@example.com (preferred) or (847) 918-2007. In your request, please include a description of your circumstances, the nature of the payment plan you are requesting, your account number, and your contact information. The Village is unable to waive consumption fees for water or sewer services, but will endeavor to work with users to formulate reasonable payment plan arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
