Contactless Options for Village Services

For those looking to utilize contactless options for bill payment and service inquiries, the Village offers online payment for water and sewer bills here. Red light tickets may be paid online here; online payment for parking and ordinance violations is available here. Residents are also encouraged to use the drop-off box in front of the Village Hall at 118 W. Cook Ave.

The Village Hall remains open to the public for in-person service Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Due to health concerns, all Village meetings will be held virtually until further notice. This includes committee, commission, and Village Board meetings. GoTo Meeting information for each meeting is available on the Village homepage.

Coming Soon: Business Listening Sessions

The Economic Development Commission is hosting a series of virtual small group listening sessions for Libertyville businesses. The goal of the sessions is for the Village to learn about sector challenges and successes. Participation in the closed meetings is on a volunteer basis and participant names will not be published. Session dates and times TBA.

Sustainable Landscaping Assistance from Openlands

Openlands, a nationally-accredited Illinois land trust, is now scheduling spring appointments to help homeowners, businesses, and institutions manage their properties in ways that support aesthetics, stormwater management, and ecological resilience. On-site, outdoor property visits are provided by a staff Landscape Ecologist. Recommendations are tailored to each property owner’s needs. To schedule a visit, click here.
