Daylight Saving Time Ends Sunday

Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 13th. Be sure to set your clocks ahead one hour and "spring ahead" into warmer days and sunnier afternoons!

The Libertyville Fire Department also reminds you to check the batteries in your home's smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Consider it a jump-start on spring cleaning!

ComEd STEM College Scholarship Seeking Applicants

This past month, ComEd launched its Future of Energy program, providing up to $250,000 in scholarships for women and minority students pursuing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) degrees. Illinois students can apply to receive up to $10,000 in scholarship and the opportunity to intern with ComEd.

Pet Waste Clean Up

As the weather turns warmer and we spend more time outside with our pets, please remember that the Village Code requires that you clean up your pet's waste. In addition, in allowing children the responsibility of walking the dog, please also remind children to clean up after pets. Please be a good neighbor and keep Libertyville beautiful!
