Administrative Offices Closed January 20th 

Village Offices will be closed to the public on January 20th in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday. A dropbox is available in front of Village Hall for payments. In addition, online options are available here.

Christmas Tree Pick-up

Christmas Tree pick-up will be offered through the Village's waste hauler, Groot through January 25th. Christmas trees must be placed at the curb. Trees may not be in bags and all decorations and lights must be removed.

Lake County Health Department Encourages Radon Checks in Home

The Lake County Health Department recommends residents test the radon levels in their homes and apartments during the winter, when radon levels are at their highest. 

The Health Department offers short-term testing kits for $10.00, available at 500 W. Winchester Rd., Libertyville or for $13.00 by mail. The cost includes return postage, laboratory analysis and interpretation by Health Department staff. Test kits are also available from area hardware and building supply stores. Lake County's 2025 Flavor Festival 

Lake County’s Flavor Festival is quickly approaching! Click  here to download the pass and get the list of participating venues.

This year, there are over 115 restaurants and Libation Partners for you to explore during the whole month of February. On Feb 1, the pass will become active and you will have the ability to ‘check-in’ if you want to take on the Check-In Challenge. Five unique Check-Ins for the month of February places you in a drawing for overnight stays, theater tickets, and gift cards/certificates.

Libertyville Recreation presents: Three Ring Circus! Step right up to the only circus in Libertyville! Professional circus performers, balloon artists, face painting, acrobatic lessons, themed crafts, made to order cotton candy and popcorn will be presented in THREE of the Libertyville Village buildings. Travel to the three "rings" during the 3-hour event with your own mode of transportation. We will supply the fun and entertainment.

STARTING LOCATION WILL BE SENT IN AN EMAIL BEFORE THE EVENT

REGISTER BY FEBRUARY 6 (registration required, adults/ children 2+)

Resident $35/person; Non-Resident $45/person
