Withdrawal of Application- Prairie Retail Holdings, LLC

Prairie Retail Holdings, LLC (1195 S. Milwaukee Avenue), the applicant for the following: (1) text amendment to Section 26-5-5 of the Libertyville Zoning Code, C-4 Shopping Center Commercial District, to modify portions of the Special Uses land use category in order to add Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensing Organizations in the Special Uses category and (2) a special use permit to allow an Adult-Use Cannabis Dispensing Organization for property located in a C-4 Shopping Center Commercial District has withdrawn their application and will not appear on the March 10, 2026 Village Board agenda. Therefore, the regularly scheduled Village Board meeting on March 10, 2026 will be held at its regular location, Village Hall located at 118 W. Cook Avenue at 7:00 p.m. Village Board agendas may be found here.
