VEHICLE, ORDINANCE, & BUILDING CODE RELATED VIOLATIONS
Any person who has been served a violation notice for a qualifying vehicle or building code related Ordinance violation may contest the alleged violation in person before a Hearing Officer.
This form is to request a hearing date before the Administrative Hearing Officer to contest a parking, ordinance, or building code citation. It cannot be used for red light violations, traffic or criminal citations.
