If your organization is not included in the directory please let us know by completing and submitting this form and we will add you to the directory. All community organizations must be not-for profit and serve the Libertyville community to be included in the directory.

 

 

If your organization is a not-for-profit community organization your events can be included in our community calendar in the Residents and Visitors sections of our website by completing the event form.
