Massage Licensing

General Information

Massage licenses are granted by the Village Administrator and must be renewed annually.
Licenses are valid May 1 through April 30 of the next year. 

Those wishing to apply for a massage license must complete an application.
The charge for an application and renewal is $50. ($240 Inspection fee-new applicants only)

The majority of the Massage License regulations are contained in Chapter 13 of the Libertyville Municipal Code. However, because the code is updated only twice each year, recent changes to the Interested parties should contact the Village of Libertyville's Village Administrator's Office.
