Peterson Road Closure - August 10-14

Traffic control signage and detour setups for the Canadian National Railway (CNRR) crossing closure on Peterson Road, just west of US Route 45 will be active from August 10 to August 14, 2026. Detour signs will be posted along Peterson Road, Casey Road, Midlothian Road, and Winchester Road.

Libertyville drivers, please expect delays while traveling the detour route and nearby roadways. Official County updates can be checked through the Lake County Department of Transportation.
