Existing Conditions
There is a large tributary area from the west along the rear yards and the existing storm sewer system that drains to the existing detention basin has insufficient capacity. In addition, there are no safe overland flow routes established.
Proposed Improvements
Install a new sufficiently sized storm sewer to collect the rear yard drainage and route to the existing detention basin.
