Existing Conditions
There is a large tributary area from the southwest of the Willow Avenue and Harding Avenue intersection. The resulting overland flow drains through rear yards from the depressed curb on Willow Road. The low entry points (window wells) of the four homes are vulnerable to the overland flow.
Proposed Improvements
Remove and replace the curb to a barrier type along Willow Avenue to direct overland flow eastwards towards Butterfield Road and flood proof the four homes.
Project Cost: $15,140 (2018 Dollars) Note: This cost does not include flood proofing the four private homes.
