Existing Conditions
Runoff ponds in the roadway sag at the intersection of Elm Drive/Cook Avenue and causes home flooding in extreme instances. The existing storm sewer has insufficient capacity and safe overland flow routes are non-existent.
Proposed Improvements
Increase the size of the storm sewer along Cook Avenue to the outfall at Butler Lake. Install a new storm sewer to connect with the Elm Drive and Cook Avenue system. Also provide high capacity inlets at the Cook/Lange and Elm/Cook intersections.
Project Cost: $705,600 (2018 Dollars)
