Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals

A seven member commission appointed for staggered five year terms makes recommendations to the Village Board of Trustees based on the Village's Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Code concerning development, and on zoning issues, appeals and variances. The Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7 p.m. The Zoning Board of Appeals also meets on the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. to hear and make recommendations to the Village Board of Trustees on single family residential requests at the Village Hall, 118 W. Cook Avenue, Libertyville, IL.
