NEW DATE: Village Fireworks Show

In support of our neighbors in Highland Park, the July 4th fireworks were postponed. We stand with Highland Park during this difficult time and keep them in our thoughts as they continue to heal.

When the Village made the decision to cancel the fireworks, we determined that we would reschedule them for a future date. The annual fireworks show has been rescheduled for Friday, August 12th at Butler Lake at approximately 9:30 pm. In the event of rain, the date will be Saturday, August 13th.

Box letters read "Call for artists" in bold white text. The background is swatches of paint in a variety of colors.

Call for Artists - Apply for Libertyville's "Art in the Park"

The Libertyville Arts Commission is accepting applications for a new special event! Art in the Park will offer local artists an opportunity to share art with the community from 3 pm to 5 pm on Saturday, September 10th in Cook Park.

A stipend of $100/artist or group will be provided. Possible art offerings may include a drum circle, small performance troupe, henna artist, small band, balloon artist, etc. Applications are due no later than 4 pm on August 2nd. For details and to find an application, click here.

A dark blue background hosts a red rectangle outlined in white with the text "Community Survey." Above it is a logo of a historic house in a red square with two swish marks underneath with the text "Libertyville Foundation."

Community Survey - Libertyville Foundation

Have you met the Libertyville Foundation? Established in 2005, the Foundation promotes tax-deductible giving to support programs or services of the Village of Libertyville. The Foundation's Board of Directors is currently revising its guiding principles. These will drive the mission and goals of the Foundation in the years to come - and they want to hear from you!

Take the survey about the proposed revisions here.
The background is shimmering pool water. In bold black and white text reads "Magic at Adler Pool." There is a top hat and a magic wand with multicolored stars. A logo is in the bottom left corner with shapes of playground equipment that says "Libertyville Recreation."
